14U Red Land Tournament

The first game the 14u LandSharks beat the Keystone Nationals 18-4. Solid pitching performances from Nate McCollum and Tyler Reinert with help from battery mate Tanner Althoff combined with good team defense and a solid team hitting attack proved to be to much for the Nationals.
Shane Starner, Tyler Reinert and Kyle Redding each had two hits for the LandSharks.

The second game vs. Mifflinburg proved to be a much different game as both teams struggled to score runs through the first four innings. Solid pitching from Tucker Byers and Ryan Haskins held Mifflinburg to one run. Unfortunately Mifflinburg returned the favor with solid pitching and defense of there own holding the LandSharks to a lone run as well through five innings. Mifflinburg plated three runs in there half of the fifth which proved to be the difference. The LandSharks got one in the sixth but came out on the losing end 4-2. Nate McCollum had two hits for the LandSharks.
