10u Spring Slugfest Results

Our 10U team played in Hanover this weekend at the Ruffneck Spring Slugfest. Saturday didn't go as well as expected but we had to tough match-ups. Game 1 we lost 6-2 to Catoctin Baseball Club. Game 2 we lost 5-2 to the eventual champions Arena Starz Orange. Sunday we had to play in the losers bracket and we took out our frustrations on the 2 teams we played on Sunday. Game 1 Sunday we beat the Arena Starz White 15-1 in 3 1/2 innings. Game 2 Sunday we beat the Ruffnecks 10-0 in 3 1/2 innings. A real shame we didn't have a chance to play in the winners bracket, the way these boys played we were definitely one of the top 3-4 teams. Boys played great just keep improving and we will be a tough draw for anyone.
